Our client, a healthcare organization, needed a website and cross-platform mobile application (for iOS & Android) to assist patients in managing their chronic conditions and improve communication with their healthcare providers. Patients could manage their accounts with their personal and treatment information and update their progress with the healthcare providers.
Client Requirement
We proposed developing a one-stop mobile app and website to simplify the process of searching for and booking medical appointments in USA. Our aim was to design an intuitive interface, one that was simple yet effective, ensuring users could easily navigate and find what they were looking for. It would have allowed medical professionals to list their availability and services to be approved by the administrator.
A special panel was designed to allow the administrator to approve the listings and manage several website settings like multi-language, payment, social media, etc. Besides this, several other features were made available to the users, like viewing reviews, submitting their own reviews and rating, use of the robust search system, and more. The website also allowed users to switch between different languages and currencies.

For other types of appointments like ‘Video’ or ‘Phone’, other features can be implemented.
