The main challenge we faced in this project is Real-Time tracking with proper navigation and different status management for one way and round way booking.
Split payment using stripe payment gateway was also a challenge
Client had concerns about the design of the application as he was personally looking into it.
The developer did lots of work on Real-time tracking to make it 100% accurate. In the initial stage developers did lots of brainstorming to set up the structure and database.
Developers did lots of research on the initial stage and found out the way to set up the split payment structure for clients which was a major concern for the clients.
